Converus Will Showcase Latest Lie Detection Technology and Customer Use Cases at CONNECT ’22 on April 26-28
Converus’ annual conference, now in its 8th year, will again be held virtually and is open to all who are interested in or utilize credibility assessment technologies.
Converus CONNECT’22, one of the premier events for the lie detection industry, is April 26-28. This virtual event is free to attend.
LEHI, Utah – March 30, 2022 – Lie detection technology innovations and customer success stories will again be on display during CONNECT ’22 on April 26-28. Hosted by Converus, this 8th annual conference, is free of charge, but registration is required. Due to COVID concerns, it will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Front and center will be Converus’ flagship product, EyeDetect, the world’s first ocular-motor deception test. More than 600 customers worldwide now use it to quickly screen examinees in an accurate, non-contact way and to more effectively conduct investigations. Also featured will be Converus’ next-generation polygraph, EyeDetect+, the newest evolution in lie detector technology. It more accurately detects deception by measuring involuntary eye behavior as well as the same physiological channels monitored by modern-day polygraph instruments.
The first two days of CONNECT ’22 are open to all EyeDetect customers, credibility assessment experts, the press, and anyone interested in learning more about lie detection technologies. The last day will cover technical training and is reserved for authorized Converus Service Partners.

The first day will feature new product announcements, peer-reviewed research and product demonstrations. On day two, attendees will hear EyeDetect use cases from seven customers, including a corporation with Middle East manufacturing facilities, a private polygraph examiner who has transitioned to EyeDetect, a community-based treatment program that performs testing for state and federal probation, a U.S. sheriff’s office that combines EyeDetect with polygraph in pre-employment screening, and a Canadian company using EyeDetect in insurance fraud investigations.
A representative from the Jamaica Defence Force will also discuss how they use EyeDetect for pre-employment screening of military personnel and for investigations. They’ve now conducted thousands of tests — more tests than could have feasibly been done with their polygraph staff alone.
