Converus Announces Promotion of Steven Fitzgerald to President and Chief Executive Officer
LEHI, Utah — Apr. 20, 2026 — Converus, a leading provider of credibility assessment and investigative solutions, today announced the promotion of Steven Fitzgerald from Chief Operating Officer to President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, and his appointment to the Converus Board of Directors.

Todd Mickelsen, Founder and outgoing CEO of Converus, will remain actively involved as a member of the Board of Directors, where he will continue to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Board and the Converus management team.
