Hungry employees have a passion for the industry and their role within the company. During the interview, look out for those candidates who are intrinsically motivated and seek the well-being of the company.
Lastly, honest employees are vital to any company because they will help other colleagues remain honest, give critical feedback, and will not steal. During the interview, you can make sure there are no questionable things in their resume. You can also ask the applicant about their personal values.
