EyeDetect Technology Optimized for Latin American Market in Study
In October 2013 Converus optimized the EyeDetect technology for the Latin American market by running a mock crime study with 200 students at the Tec of Monterrey. The students were randomly divided into two categories. Those in the guilty category were instructed to steal money from a secretary and then lie about it in the EyeDetect test in order to get a bonus. EyeDetect was 85% accurate in identifying both guilty and innocent subjects.
