Converus Closes a $1.35M Bridge Round to Fuel Growth
Excitement continues to grow around EyeDetect, a new lie detection technology ideal for pre-screening potential employees and periodically screening current employees for criminal or unethical behavior. This bridge loan follows after the company’s success in raising $1.25 million in seed funding to date.
LEHI, Utah – Dec. 12, 2014 – Technology start-up Converus, creators of a new lie detection method called EyeDetect, just closed a bridge funding round of $1.35 million. In addition, the company has added five resellers, called “Premier Service Providers,” with several more to be announced soon.
“We’re closing deals and growing our customer list, and this funding will ensure we have everything in place to support our partners and customers,” said Converus CEO Todd Mickelsen. “Everything is progressing in our growth as we projected.”
