Starbucks Scapegoat?

the loss of her job wrecked her life and that she has no idea where she’ll end up.

Recently in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lola Price was fired from her position as a manager at Starbucks. The news was completely unexpected for Price. She was told that she was being fired for handing a police officer a coffee cup with the word “PIG” written on it.
When local news broke of this situation, Price felt that Starbucks needed to find someone to blame — and quick. Price felt that instead of really looking into the problem by reviewing the security camera footage and allowing the police officer to come in and identify the person who handed him the cup, Starbucks found Price and put the blame on her.
Price even recalls hearing about this situation and going out of her way to apologize to the officer and get to the bottom of how “PIG” ended up written on his cup. Regardless of her efforts to make this unfortunate situation right, Price was fired with no evidence of her being responsible. Price made this statement on December 3, 2019: “I was terminated from my position because Starbucks was looking for someone to take the blame for this and to save some face for their company.” She said later the loss of her job wrecked her life and that she has no idea where she’ll end up. She’s actively seeking a new job.
From the sound of Price’s story, Starbucks did next to nothing to discover the truth about who insulted a police officer in its coffee shop. It seems that Price should somehow be able to prove her innocence before being fired without a moment’s notice. The Converus EyeDetect technology, which detects lies by measuring eye behavior, has the potential to right wrongs such as this. If in fact, Price is telling the truth, one can assume that she would be more than willing to do anything to prove it. Consider the justice that would be served if Price was able to take the EyeDetect test and the results confirmed her innocence. To take it a step further, the other employees that were working at the time of the event could be administered an identical test.
EyeDetect by Converus has the power to prove the honest, innocent, and to bring justice to the dishonest. EyeDetect isn’t just made for the justice and legal systems. This technology has the power to change the world, one truth at a time.
